CES 2017 Conference Must Sees and Highlights

CES 2017

CES is one of the most important tech events of the year, full of innovation, big announcements, great music, and good parties. We wanted to compile a list of a few things to see and attend while at CES 2017. Things to check out:


The CES Innovation Awards is an annual competition honoring outstanding design and engineering in consumer technology products. Check out these headphones below.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of CES which will celebrate the evolution of the consumer Electronics industry from January 5-8, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV. CES 2017 will have more than 3,800 exhibitors covering 2.4 million net square feet of space and more than 165,000 attendees. A truly global show, CES expects more than 50,000 international professionals representing 150 countries.

We will cover not just music events, but a provide info regarding technology gadgets which enhance your musical experiences. During CES Fusicology’s team will be on the lookout for the latest products and services, cover top music events, and send you flavor and buzz from Las Vegas. Let’s get the party started. We plan on sharing with you all of the great new products that we think will excite you.

It has been rumored that one of your favorite brands will reveal its ability to utilize your TV screen to fuse music and technology during CES 2017. Samsung, the Korean electronics giant will launch three SmartTV services, which aims to personalize viewers experiences by merging Sports, Music, and TV. The new music service brings together music from eight different app partners, including Spotify, iHeartRadio, Napster, Deezer, Sirius XM, Vevo, Melon, and others. Apparently, the service will make recommendations based on viewer listening habits across all apps.

Soul Electronics will be at CES showcasing a range of earphones and headphones. Focal will bring a one of a kind pair of Utopia headphones that have been designed in collaboration with French jewellers Tournaire. The headband is made up of an 18k gold plate that has three diamonds totalling 6.5 karats. Audio Technica will be revealing their Bluetooth wireless headphones which utilizes their Pure Digital Drive technology. Hottttt!

Innovative solutions from startup accelerators and popular crowdfunding platforms such as Indiegogo will be present as well. One of Europe’s top German startups, Basslet will showcase their wearable subwoofer in the Hardware Club accelerator area. We will definitely check this out.

This year at CES brings together decades of supporters intermixed with known brands, new technologies, and of course fabulous peeps.. We will be there representing the Soul Diaspora and taking things to the next level…

November 30,  2016 — The Museum of Light digital platform that explores the alchemy of the artists’ journey teams with Fusicology to create a content partnership.Beginning this month, Fusicology, the lifestyle marketing boutique agency, will share on its sites the Museum of Light’s exclusive interviews and custom memes featuring poignant quotes about the creative process. The brands will also collaborate on new original content.

World AIDS Day: Keep the Promise | Common presented with RFHF’s Sunshine Award + Virtual Slam Video

Reed For Hope Foundation (RFHF) founder and Emmy Award-winning casting director, Robi Reed, presented the foundation’s Sunshine Award to Common, honoring the work he’s done using his platform to uplift humanity, inspire positive change and be a model of good health.  Past Sunshine Award recipients include Magic Johnson, Hall of Fame Athlete and Activist, Jim Brown, Judge Greg Mathis and Jamie Foxx. These awards are given in the spirit of Reed’s Annual Sunshine Beyond Summer Celebration with over 14 years of health awareness.

In celebration of World AIDS Day on December 1, RFHF and AHF launched the inaugural “Love healthy Virtual Spoken Word Slam” with the winner receiving a talent consultation with key members of the Love Healthy Slam committee. Contestants are encouraged to use social media to promote their original submissions as the top-ten pieces with the most likes and views will be submitted to a panel of industry judges led by Reed that includes Common, Natalie Stewart (Floetry) Lamman Rucker, Jessica Care Moore, Doug E. Fresh, Abyss, Ingrid B, John Hensley, Gina Loring and others who select the grand prize winner over the next five days. The Love Healthy Virtual Slam received 30 submissions from around the world including the USA, London and South Africa; and will be available to be shared starting today through December 5.

The Reed for Hope Foundation (RFHF) surprised thousands of guests with a live-guest performance by Doug E. Fresh at the AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s (AHF) “Keep the Promise” concert last night at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood to kick off RFHF’s inaugural Love Healthy Lounge Experience and Love Healthy Virtual Poetry Slam that took place at an off-site private venue following the concert.

RFHF has been a partner with AHF for the past three years on various events and came back together once more for RFHF’s Love Healthy Lounge where celebrity guests partied all night long with health-conscious vegan hors d’oeuvres and tons of dancing to spread awareness on living a health-conscious active lifestyle. also live-streamed select Slam performances from a private post-concert celebration.
