New Release: Evening Elevator “LET’S GET CONNECTED”
Evening Elevator delivers their second single, titled Let’s Get Connected.
Inspired by an era during which human interaction has been stifled to mostly digital communications, Let’s Get Connected is both timely, and relevant. It features an uplifting Rhodes melody and subdued arpeggiated synths, coupled with lyrics that outline the human desire — and need — for personal connection.
Evening Elevator is New York songwriter Tim Segreto and producer Dub Sonata. Each released their own solo work before collaborating to form Evening Elevator: Segreto’s Populus debuted on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic, while Dub Sonata released his genre-blending LP Nights in Cuba, later producing songs for Rhymefest, Sage Francis, and most recently, Jidenna’s Feng Shui, which premiered on HBO’s Insecure soundtrack.
