A movement is called 'movement' namely because there is no one singular action that sparks change or progression. The advancement of a people is duly rooted in the kinetics of their drive to consistently strive for better. On every FIRST FRIDAY, Project Mayhem Agency, LLC, will encourage that force with its second installment of EXpire|MEntal poetry presentation and open forum discussion.
Back in May of this year, at the Nuyorican Poetry Cafe, EXpire|MEntal initiated a platform of expression with world-renowned poet Staceyann Chin. Now, the open mic and spoken word showcase will facilitate a monthly event at Chelsea's Revolution Books located at 146 West 26th Street, New York.
